Sautéed Broccoli Rabe with Garlic and Red Pepper Flakes
Broccoli rabe is a green cruciferous vegetable, with the leaves, buds, and stems all being edible; the buds somewhat resemble broccoli, but do not form a large head. Give it a try!
Place broccoli rabe in boiling water for 2 minutes and drain well.
Pour olive oil into a large pan, add garlic, and cook for 1-2 min or until just golden in color. Add broccoli rabe and red pepper and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste.
