Cut cauliflower into bite sized pieces and put in a small baking pan.
In a separate bowl/glass mix together sriracha, maple syrup, soy sauce and oil. Stir well and drizzle over cauliflower. Mix well.
Put in oven and bake for 40 minutes or until browned. I recommend stirring the cauliflower 1/2 way through the cooking process.
Remove and I suggest shaking a few sesame seeds over it and adding chopped cilantro. You can also cook this in your airfryer at 375° for about 18 minutes.
