Best Cauliflower Ever

I had friends over and served this - they took a bite and named it!

Ingredients

  • ¼ head cauliflower
  • 2 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil or oil of your choice
  • sesame seeds optional
  • cilantro optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°.
  • Cut cauliflower into bite sized pieces and put in a small baking pan.
  • In a separate bowl/glass mix together sriracha, maple syrup, soy sauce and oil. Stir well and drizzle over cauliflower. Mix well.
  • Put in oven and bake for 40 minutes or until browned. I recommend stirring the cauliflower 1/2 way through the cooking process.
  • Remove and I suggest shaking a few sesame seeds over it and adding chopped cilantro. You can also cook this in your airfryer at 375° for about 18 minutes.
