- 1 ½ tsp red onion diced small
- ¾ oz mozzarella fresh, diced
- 1 tbsp basil fresh
- 1 ½ tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 ½ tsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Get Recipe Ingredients
Cut tomatoes into thick slices (approximately 4 slices/tomato).
Place on platter.
Cover tomatoes with onions, mozzarella, basil. Drizzle with vinegar and oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
