  • ¾ cup arugula packed, can substitute kale
  • 1 ½ tsp oil
  • 3 tsp parmesan cheese
  • 1 cloves garlic
  • 3 tsp walnuts
  • ¾ tsp water

  • Add all your ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend well, until your ingredients are well mixed. Serve and enjoy!
