Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mango diced into small pieces
  • ¼ cup red pepper diced into small pieces
  • ¼ cup cucumbers diced into small pieces
  • cup red onion diced into small pieces
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped into small pieces
  • red wine vinegar

Instructions

  • Mix all your ingredients together and serve alongside some fish tacos, chips or like I did alongside some tuna cakes!
