- 2 oz chickpeas rinsed and drained
- 2 tsp tahini
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp oil grapeseed or olive
- ¼ clove garlic cloves
- 1 tsp water
- paprika, cumin, basil optional
Get Recipe Ingredients
Add tahini and 4 or 5 garlic cloves into a blender or food processor.
Juice 1 lemon into the tahini mixture, and then blend together for around 5-10 seconds until well-mixed. Consistency should be fairly thick.
Add in the can of garbanzo beans (drain and rinse them before adding them in).
Add 1/4 cup of olive oil and some salt and pepper. Blend mixture until well-mixed and creamy.
Serve with jicama, cucumbers, and jicama to dip!
