Fabian's hot sauce (Ají de Fabian)

This is a great hot sauce to add to salsa, a taco, or guacamole. Be careful though, it will be hot!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup hot peppers any kind
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 ½ tbsp red onion
  • 1 tbsp cilantro fresh, chopped
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 ½ tsp oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Pulse red peppers, onions, and garlic in a food processor or blender.
  • Add cilantro, water, and salt to taste. Blend until the consistency is more like a paste than a sauce.
