Peach Crisp

Ingredients

  • 1 peach cut in bite-sized pieces
  • tsp cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tbsp coconut butter melted
  • 1 ½ tbsp oatmeal I don't recommend steel cut
  • ¾ tsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 ½ tsp whole wheat flour use almond flour for gluten-free
  • tsp almond extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Put sliced peaches in an oven-safe pan. Sprinkle cinnamon over peaches.
  • Add all other ingredients into a bowl and stir until well-mixed.
  • Using your hands (hopefully clean!!) crumble the mixture over the peaches.
  • Put in oven and bake for approx. 30 min. or until peaches are soft and crumble is brown.
