- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 banana sliced in 1/2 rounds
- ⅛ cup orange juice
- ⅛ cup pecans chopped, can use walnuts or almonds

Put oil in a pan over medium heat.
Once oil is melted, place the bananas in cut side down.
Cook for approx. 2 min. and flip (banana should be browned before you flip it).
Pour OJ over bananas and add nuts. Cook for additional 2 min or until bananas are soft.
