Yummy Cooked Bananas

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 banana sliced in 1/2 rounds
  • cup orange juice
  • cup pecans chopped, can use walnuts or almonds

Instructions

  • Put oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Once oil is melted, place the bananas in cut side down.
  • Cook for approx. 2 min. and flip (banana should be browned before you flip it).
  • Pour OJ over bananas and add nuts. Cook for additional 2 min or until bananas are soft.
