Crazy-Good Cranberry Sauce
Don't limit this amazing sauce to holidays. It goes well with dishes throughout the year.

- 3 tbsp cranberries
- ⅛ tsp ginger root peel and grate or mince
- 1 ¼ tsp orange juice no sugar added, concentrate preferred
- ¼ orange seedless (like cuties or clementines)
- 2 tbsp water
- honey optional
Get Recipe Ingredients
Put water into a pot and add fresh cranberries.
Add the orange juice concentrate into the water and stir
Peel and cut the orange into bite-size pieces. Drop them into the water and stir.
Add in minced ginger. Stir again until well-distributed
Put a lid on your pot and put it on medium heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Let cool, and serve!
*if cranberries are still too tart for you at the end, you can add a tbsp of honey at the end to sweeten it up a bit :)
