Ingredients

  • ½ avocado ripe
  • 1 tbsp onion diced
  • 1/12 medium tomato diced
  • 1 tbsp cilantro chopped (optional)
  • ¼ lime juiced
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • De-pit and cut up the avocado and put pieces in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Use the back of your fork or a potato masher to mash your mixture together until chunky but more cohesive.
  • Add in the tomatoes, onion, juice of your lime, cumin, and salt and pepper. If you like cilantro, add in your cilantro. Stir everything around, and then serve.
  • Add in a few dashes of hot sauce or some chopped jalapeños if you like it hot.
