- ½ banana the riper the banana, the sweeter your pancake will be
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp peanut butter topping

Put eggs and banana in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Melt coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
Pour 1/2 of the mixture into the pan and cook until lightly browned on both sides.
