Instructions
In a small pot, add all the ingredients and spices into the pot. Put pot over medium heat, and then allow milk to simmer.
Cook for about 2 minutes and continue stirring the mixture so it doesn’t burn. Remove ginger chunks.
Take off heat, pour into mugs, and enjoy!
