Ingredients

  • ½ can solid white tuna in water
  • ¼ cup low-fat plain yogurt substitute dairy-free yogurt
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp capers optional
  • 1 tbsp pickles chopped

Instructions

  • Open tuna fish can and drain all water. Mix together all ingredients. Can be used on top of a salad, sandwich or mixed into a pasta salad.
