Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • ½ chicken breast cooked, diced into small pieces
  • ¼ water chestnuts chopped
  • cup carrots shaved
  • 2 tbsp nuts chopped, any kind
  • 1 tsp soy sauce can substitute Braggs Liquid Amino Acids for a gluten-free option
  • 2 lettuce leaves large

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients, except lettuce, in a bowl.
  • Wash lettuce and place 1/2 of the chicken mixture in each leaf. Fold up and enjoy!

Notes

If you have any Asian sauces you can add those into the lettuce before you wrap. Be careful some Asian sauces are full of sugar and sodium. Read the label before you add it to your healthy wrap.
