Ingredients

  • 8 oz diced tomatoes canned works!
  • 1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
  • ½ cup greens power greens recommended
  • ½ cup vegetables fresh or frozen - any vegetables work
  • ½ tsp oregano dried
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into a large pot and cook until hot. If using fresh vegetables and not frozen then cover and cook over med/low heat for about 20 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
