Ingredients 

  • 8 oz diced tomatoes (canned works!)
  • 1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
  • ½ cup greens (power greens recommended)
  • ½ cup vegetables (fresh or frozen - any vegetables work)
  • ½ tsp oregano (dried)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions 

  • Put all ingredients into a large pot and cook until hot. If using fresh vegetables and not frozen then cover and cook over med/low heat for about 20 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
