  • ½ cup cooked brown rice can use white rice
  • 1 tbs parsley fresh, packed
  • ¾ tsp olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Cook rice according to package. Once it’s cooked add fresh parsley, olive oil, and salt. Stir and serve.
