Ingredients

  • 1 small chicken breast
  • 2 ½ tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 ½ tbsp salsa pre-made
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Bake, grill, or sauté chicken breasts. In a small bowl mix together yogurt, salsa, and cumin. Divide sauce over each chicken breast (you can warm the sauce or serve room temperature). Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
