Ingredients
- 1 small chicken breast
- 2 ½ tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 2 ½ tbsp salsa (pre-made)
- ¼ tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
Instructions
- Bake, grill, or sauté chicken breasts. In a small bowl mix together yogurt, salsa, and cumin. Divide sauce over each chicken breast (you can warm the sauce or serve room temperature). Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
