Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp almond milk unsweetened
  • cup tomatillos fresh, diced
  • cup chicken broth organic preferred
  • ½ avocados ripe, pealed, and pitted
  • ¼ serrano pepper seeded
  • ¼ garlic clove
  • 1 ½ tsp red bell pepper minced
  • ¾ tsp fresh chives chopped
  • ½ tsp lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 2 ounces crabmeat can substitute shrimp, or other cooked and chopped fish

Instructions

  • Place first 7 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
  • Combine bell pepper and remaining ingredients; toss gently to combine.
  • Spoon soup in a bowl and top with fish of choice.
