Ingredients

  • ¾ cup low-fat plain yogurt dairy free
  • 2 tbsp orange juice no sugar added
  • ½ cup berries any knid
  • ½ banana sliced
  • cup flaxseed

Instructions

  • Mix yogurt and OJ.
  • Put 1/2 of yogurt mixture in a tall, wide glass.
  • Add 1/2 the berries, 1/2 the banana slices, and the 1/2 the flax.
  • Layer remaining yogurt, berries, and flax.
