Simple Beef Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 corn tortilla organic preferable
  • 2 oz ground beef grass-fed organic beef or buffalo is best
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ red pepper sliced
  • ¼ cup lettuce shredded
  • ½ tomato diced
  • 2 tbsp salsa

Instructions

  • Put beef in a pan and cook over medium heat. While cooking, break up the meat into small pieces.
  • When meat turns brown add chili powder and cumin, peppers, and onions.
  • Stir, cover, and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add meat, peppers, and onion to tortilla and top with lettuce, salsa, and yogurt.
