- 1 corn tortilla organic preferable
- 2 oz ground beef grass-fed organic beef or buffalo is best
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ red pepper sliced
- ¼ cup lettuce shredded
- ½ tomato diced
- 2 tbsp salsa

Put beef in a pan and cook over medium heat. While cooking, break up the meat into small pieces.
When meat turns brown add chili powder and cumin, peppers, and onions.
Stir, cover, and cook for 3 minutes.
Add meat, peppers, and onion to tortilla and top with lettuce, salsa, and yogurt.
