Fruit Crumble (PB & J Style!)

This easy-to-make dessert combines juicy blackberries with a crispy nut butter crumble to create a luscious, healthy, PBJ-style dessert!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup blackberries
  • banana sliced
  • 2 tsp blackberry jelly low or no sugar added
  • 2 tsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 tsp nut butter all-natural
  • 2 tbsp flour can use a gluten free option
  • 2 tbsp baking soda

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Put blackberries and bananas in the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Stir jelly into fruit.
  • In a bowl, add the oil and nut butter and stir until blended.
  • Add the baking soda to the flour and then combine it with the oil and nut butter mixture. The dough should be slightly crumbly.
  • Using your hands (clean of course), crumble dough over the fruit mixture.
  • Put in oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes (fruit should be soft and topping is browned).
