Mexican Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ clove garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ lime juiced
  • 1 sweet potato

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°.
  • Peel and cube potatoes. Put them in a bowl and pour the remaining ingredients over them. Stir well.
  • Spread the potatoes on a cooking sheet lined with parchment paper and cook for about 25 minutes or until the desired doneness.
