These tender crepes are infused with an aromatic chai flavor, filled with sliced bananas, and drizzled with a luscious homemade strawberry sauce. They can be served for breakfast or dessert!
Place all ingredients for crepes in bowl and mix well. Stir until smooth.
Heat a medium-sized frying pan and add a small amount of coconut oil. Coat pan with oil.
Add batter and spread into a smooth, thin layer.
Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Place crepe on a plate, add 1/2 of a sliced banana to the center, and roll. Continue doing this for additional crepes.
To prepare the sauce, add strawberries, maple syrup, and coconut oil to a small pan and cook over low/med. heat. When strawberries have softened and oil has melted, use a fork to break up strawberries.
