Instructions
Cook Noodles according to package.
Heat oil in a large pan over high heat. Add shrimp, snow peas, scallions and garlic. Stir while cooking. Cook for about 3 minutes.
Add oyster sauce, vinegar, and soy sauce. Stir.
Add the noodles and stir.
Serve and sprinkle with crushed red pepper.
