Thai Curry Meatballs

This tasty meatball recipe only requires 5 ingredients and is sure to please!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp red curry paste

Instructions

  • Mix beef, egg, and bread crumbs. Roll into balls to form meatballs.
  • In a pan over medium heat, cook the coconut milk and curry paste to create the sauce.
  • Place the meatballs on a prepared cookie sheet and cook at 350° until no longer pink inside, about 20 minutes. Then broil on high for another 5 minutes or so to create a delicious, crispy crust.
  • Add the meatballs to the sauce and stir to coat the meatballs. Serve.
