Banana Bread (Vegan)

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas ripe
  • 1 ¾ cup flour gluten-free or regular
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp sugar can substitute maple syrup or honey
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • cup coconut oil melted
  • cup water

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°.
  • Grease a baking pan.
  • Smash bananas in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix together well.
  • Pour batter into a baking pan and place in oven. Bake for 30 minutes.

Notes

Makes 1 loaf. 1 serving = 1/8 of loaf.
This is an amazing banana bread recipe! I made it for my husband and he said it was not just the best vegan banana bread,  it's the BEST banana bread ever.
