Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup cilantro leaves lightly packed
  • 2 ½ tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ avocado
  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp water adjust to make the consistency you want
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until pureed (you may need to pause the blender and scrape down the sides).
