- 1 ½ tsp red onion diced
- 1 ½ tbsp mozzarella fresh, cubed
- 1 tbsp basil fresh
- 1 ½ tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 ½ tsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Cut tomatoes into thick slices (approximately 4 slices/tomato).
Place the tomatoes on a platter. Cover tomatoes with onions, mozzarella, and basil.
Drizzle with vinegar and oil. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
