Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano option 1/2 tsp dried
  • ½ clove garlic
  • ¾ tsp red chili pepper seeded, finely chopped

Instructions

  • Put a splash of oil in a pan over high heat. Add garlic and cook until golden brown stirring to make sure it it cooks on all sides.
  • Put the remaining oil, lime juice, parsley, oregano, chilis, as well as the sauted garlic in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Enjoy.
