Ingredients

  • ¼ cup oats you can toast in the oven or just leave raw
  • 2 tbsp nuts I like them chopped up a bit - pecans and almonds are my fave
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter natural; no added sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp flax seed ground
  • 1 ½ tsp cacao powder this is better for you than cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ tsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 ¼ dates pitted, soak them in hot water for a few minutes and then drain

Instructions

  • Once the dates have soaked, put them in a food processor and pulse until they almost form the consistency of dough.
  • Put the date mixture in a bowl and add all the other ingredients.
  • Roll the mixture into golf ball sized balls and put them in an airtight container. Store them in the refrigerator.
