Ingredients
- ¼ cup oats (you can toast in the oven or just leave raw)
- 2 tbsp nuts (I like them chopped up a bit - pecans and almonds are my fave)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (natural; no added sugar)
- 1 ½ tsp flax seed (ground)
- 1 ½ tsp cacao powder (this is better for you than cocoa powder)
- 1 ½ tsp coconut oil (melted)
- 2 ¼ dates (pitted, soak them in hot water for a few minutes and then drain)
Instructions
- Once the dates have soaked, put them in a food processor and pulse until they almost form the consistency of dough.
- Put the date mixture in a bowl and add all the other ingredients.
- Roll the mixture into golf ball sized balls and put them in an airtight container. Store them in the refrigerator.
