Heat the olive oil in a skillet on medium-high heat. Brown the chicken breasts on both sides till golden brown and lightly salt to taste. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
Pour the prepared mixture over the chicken, lay fresh lemon slices in the pan around the chicken, and bake for 20-30 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165º. I basted the chicken with the lemon mixture halfway through cooking time. Enjoy!
