Instructions
Bring pot of water to a boil.
Add asparagus and peppers and cook for 4 minutes. Add gnocchi and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Strain all ingredients and keep in the strainer.
In the same pan add the olive oil and place over medium heat. To that pan add minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Turn off heat and stir in the broth, lemon juice, and the gnocchi, and vegetables from the strainer.
Plate the ingredients. Top with cheese (optional) and parsley and serve.
