Tuscan Kale and Sausage Soup

Ingredients

  • ¼ lb Italian sausage ground, spicy
  • ½ clove garlic
  • ½ large potato sliced in bite-size pieces
  • 8 oz chicken broth or vegetable - organic if possible
  • 1 cup kale chopped
  • ¼ cup milk reg or oat is best
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Put sausage and garlic in a pot and completely cook the sausage.
  • Add sliced potatoes and chicken broth into pot and cook over medium heat for 15 min. or until potatoes are slightly soft.
  • Add chopped kale and milk to the pot. Cover and cook until kale is wilted. I can make a meal out of this soup!!
