- ¼ lb Italian sausage ground, spicy
- ½ clove garlic
- ½ large potato sliced in bite-size pieces
- 8 oz chicken broth or vegetable - organic if possible
- 1 cup kale chopped
- ¼ cup milk reg or oat is best
- salt and pepper to taste

Put sausage and garlic in a pot and completely cook the sausage.
Add sliced potatoes and chicken broth into pot and cook over medium heat for 15 min. or until potatoes are slightly soft.
Add chopped kale and milk to the pot. Cover and cook until kale is wilted. I can make a meal out of this soup!!
