Instructions
Add bacon, green onions, potatoes, celery, garlic, clams, broth, white pepper, thyme, salt and the juice to a large pot. Cover and simmer over med/low heat for 20 minutes or until potatoes are just just soft.
Add milk and cook additional 5 minutes until hot. Pour into bowls and top with parsley.
