Quick & Tasty Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding

- ½ cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- ¾ cups almond milk no sugar added
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Get Recipe Ingredients
Put the chia seeds, cinnamon, and maple syrup into a bowl. Slowly add the almond milk while stirring. Continue to stir to dissolve any clumps.
Mix in blueberries.
Cover and refrigerate (I like to transfer mine into single-serving mason jars) for at least 3 hours but overnight is best.
