Instructions
Put your cubed potatoes, onion, and garlic into a pot with simmering water. Continue to simmer until your potatoes are cooked and tender.
Place all ingredients, including the cooked potatoes, into a blender and blend until smooth. It is supposed to be thick but if it's too thick, add a bit of broth.
