- 1 apple cored and diced
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp almond butter or real peanut butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup 100% pure (optional)
- ⅛ cup pecans chopped
- ½ cup yogurt optional

Put diced apples and cinnamon in a pan with 1/4 Cup Water.
Cover and cook over medium heat until apples are just soft.
Drain excess liquid from pan. Add almond or peanut butter, syrup and peacns and stir.
Can be served over yogurt or just on their own.
