Apple Sundae

Ingredients

  • 1 apple cored and diced
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or real peanut butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup 100% pure (optional)
  • cup pecans chopped
  • ½ cup yogurt optional

Instructions

  • Put diced apples and cinnamon in a pan with 1/4 Cup Water.
  • Cover and cook over medium heat until apples are just soft.
  • Drain excess liquid from pan. Add almond or peanut butter, syrup and peacns and stir.
  • Can be served over yogurt or just on their own.
