- 2 ½ oz shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 ½ tbsp red onion dice small
- 2 ½ tbsp tomatoes diced
- 2 tsp cilantro chopped
- 2 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed, can substitute lime juice
- 4 tsp orange juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp jalapeno minced, seeds removed
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ⅓ clove garlic minced
- ½ tsp oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Get Recipe Ingredients
Heat up a pan on medium heat and add garlic and oil. Add in shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes. Do not overcook.
In a separate bowl, add lemon or lime juice, orange juice, jalapeños, tomatoes, mustard, onions, salt, and pepper. Mix.
Add the shrimp and chill in the refrigerator for an hour or two.
Garnish with cilantro and serve with tortilla chips or plantain/banana chips.
