Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp bread cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for bread
  • 2 ½ tbsp tomatoes grape, halved
  • 2 ½ tbsp cucumber diced
  • 4 tsp red onion diced
  • clove garlic minced
  • 1 ½ tsp balsamic
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper
  • 4 tsp basil fresh, chopped

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Once hot, add in your salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, and cubed bread. Stir and cook until the bread is lightly browned. Set aside.
  • In a salad bowl, add cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, balsamic, a splash of olive oil, and basil.
  • Mix the warm croutons into the rest of the salad right before serving. Enjoy!
