Ingredients

Pie Crust

  • cup walnuts can substitute pecans
  • ¼ tbs coconut oil melted
  • tsp butter
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • cup oats
  • 1 tbsp flour reserve 1/3 for crumble topping
  • ¼ tsp pure maple syrup

Filling

  • ½ apple peeled, cut up and diced
  • tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp pure maple syrup

Instructions

  • To create the crust, add coconut oil, butter, cinnamon, flour, and maple syrup into a blender and blend well.
  • Scoop the dough from the blender and spread 3/4 into a baking dish.
  • Top the dough base with apples and drizzle maple syrup over the apples.
  • Cover the apples with the remaining dough and cook for 30 minutes.
