Pie Crust
- ⅛ cup walnuts can substitute pecans
- ¼ tbs coconut oil melted
- ⅜ tsp butter
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ⅛ cup oats
- 1 tbsp flour reserve 1/3 for crumble topping
- ¼ tsp pure maple syrup
Filling
- ½ apple peeled, cut up and diced
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp pure maple syrup

To create the crust, add coconut oil, butter, cinnamon, flour, and maple syrup into a blender and blend well.
Scoop the dough from the blender and spread 3/4 into a baking dish.
Top the dough base with apples and drizzle maple syrup over the apples.
Cover the apples with the remaining dough and cook for 30 minutes.
