Ingredients

  • ½ medium potato any kind or you can use other vegetables!
  • ¾ tsp olive oil
  • salt, pepper, onion powders, garlic powder, paprika, etc. optional items to sprinkle on top

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 450 F.
  • Cut up your vegetables in the shape of fries- you can use zucchini, asparagus, potatoes, sweet potatoes, or even carrots!
  • Toss your vegetables in olive oil (if you're having a hard time coating the vegetables in olive oil, you can place them in a plastic ziplock bag and shake to coat) and then place them on a cooking sheet.
  • Cook the fries for 20-25 minutes (depending on the vegetable you use — the harder it is the longer it takes to cook.) Season after cooking, and then enjoy!
