Preheat the oven to 350º.
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
Grease a cookie sheet and divide the dough equally into balls.
Then, shape the balls into crescent shape. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove and cool before serving.
Notes
1 Serving = 2 Cookies*Optional: before baking, you can add a single chocolate chunk onto each cookie for a little extra yum! You can also melt the chocolate chips and dip one half of the cookie into the chocolate for another tasty variation.
