Ginger and Lime Refreshing Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 inch ginger root peeled and minced
  • 1 can sparkling water no sugar added. I like La Croix brand!

Instructions

  • Pour the sparkling water (or even just plain club soda) into a glass with ice.
  • Squeeze lime juice in, and add the minced ginger (you can mince ginger by either cutting the root up very, very small or in a garlic press).
  • Mix together with a spoon and enjoy!
