Tarragon Chicken

Ingredients

  • ½ pound chicken thighs skinless and fat removed - can substitute chicken breasts
  • 3 tbs sweet hot mustard
  • 2 tbsp tarragon fresh
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a bowl, stir, cover, and refrigerate. Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour or as long as overnight.
  • Using a hot grill cook chicken until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 165º.
  • When the sweet hot mustard gets a bit charred from the hot heat, it adds extra flavor.
  • If you would prefer, you can bake of broil in the oven.
