Move or exercise each day that ends in the letter "Y" (get it.... every day ends in a Y 😜). This can be walking, gardening or a Faithful Workouts video. Exercise, nutrition and managing your stress all work together. When you focus on all 3 areas you will be on your way to feeling (and looking) your best.
