Some retreats are in the U.S., while others take us around the world. Some are women only, while others include men. But one thing they all have in common? They’re all amazing experiences!

Retreats FAQs

Anyone who is interested in getting physically and spiritually stronger. Someone looking for an adventure and wants to see other parts of the country and the world. In other words, everyone should attend. We do limit to 18 years and older.
Our teaching & discussions focus mainly on spiritual & physical health. Topics include God's Love For Us, Loving Ourselves, Identity, Purpose, How To Hear From God and also nutrition and fitness talks. Learning is done through teachings and discussions but also in times of silence, through hearing from others who are attending, music, and experiential learning.
All fitness levels are welcome at the retreats. When doing workouts, we show options for all fitness levels. If the retreat includes a pilgrimage, I recommend looking at the miles we will be walking each day and make sure you are comfortable with that amount of walking. There is no technical skills needed for the walking. Most of the miles are fairly flat with a few gentle hills.
Unfortunately, you can not consider these retreat payments as a donation because you are receiving all the great food, drinks, lodging and activities.
We can partner you with someone if you are coming alone but would like to pay for double occupancy. Of course, we will partner you with someone that is the same sex.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change but, because we make commitments to hotels, transportation providers, restaurants, and activity partners well in advance, retreat payments are used to secure these arrangements, and some costs cannot be recovered.
Domestic RetreatsCancellation 90 or more days before the retreat:
You will receive a full refund of your retreat payment.
Cancellation less than 90 days before the retreat:
Your retreat payment is nonrefundable unless we can find someone to take your place. If we are able to fill your spot, we will refund your retreat payment.
You may  transfer your registration to another person if you can't  attend.
International RetreatsBecause international retreats require us to make significant commitments to accommodations, transportation, and activities, and it is typically difficult to fill your spot on short notice, international retreat payments are nonrefundable unless we are able to find another person to take your place. If we are able to fill your spot, we will refund your retreat payment.
You may transfer your registration to another person. if you can't attend.
